Enugu state running government of secrecy:As Gburu disappoints his foot soldiers against 2019

Enugu state has not witnessed  the level of secrecy introduced by the present administration led by Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi over the running of the state and political  appointments.
On the inception of the administration, the citizens were greeted with the policy Of buying PRADO jeeps for house of Assembly members and state political appointees not minding the hash economic realities the state was facing. When few people and groups  agitated, they were given the flimsy reason that the jeeps were bought so that their successors will use them (akuko Ifo). This decision was taken without consulting stakeholders who were surprise that the cars will be bought by borrowing fund. This made the governor to kick start road projects with out the financial strength to finish it just to assuage the anger of the people.
Most a recently in a bid to create his own loyalist for his second tenure come 2019,the governor has neglected some key PDP foot warriors in the last election and had been favouring  people that contributed little or nothing toward his success at the poll. What happened  to his Alliance with other political parties before the election?
The appointment  of the  Caretaker Chairmen into the 17 local governments have been  front burner discussion among politicians since the announcement by the governor  that the state do not have the financial muscle (but can borrow to buy JEEP for political  servants) to conduct local government election. The appointment were expected on or before 3rd of January 2016 so that the new appointees will be sworn in and take over from the outgoing elected chairmen the following day. But Wait!!! An announcement was made from the office of the governor that the outgoing Chairmen should hand over to permanent secretaries. There was palpable tension as no body could predict the mind and direction of the governor. Just as tension were calming down, a secret Night swearing in rituals were performed by the governor to 17 chairmen and their Deputies on the 8th of January (some said another day). This heightened tension again as most of the names that were circulating  among political sphere were missing in the list of the 34 apostles.
Today being 11th of January 2016,information reaching us has it that
The 15 member councilor caretaker  will be sworn in by the Caretaker Chairmen today at their various local government  headquarters.
