I urge Taraba APC and all our supporters to stay true until the end. The battle is not over until Aisha Alhassan is rightfully sworn in.

The tribunal had at the weekend sacked the state governor, Darius Ishaku, and announced Aisha Alhassan of the APC as the winner of the April 2015 governorship election.
The development triggered mixed reactions. While Mama Taraba’s team were jubilating, the PDP declared that the outcome of the tribunal shows interference of the executive with the judiciary.
Governor Ayodele Fayose, the governor of Ekiti state described the Taraba tribunal judgment as judicial rascality and conspiracy.
Ishaku disagreed with the verdict of the tribunal, promising to appeal the decision. He said that it is still possible that the Court of Appeal would reverse the judgment and give his victory back to him.
