Chelsea FC manager, Jose Mourinho, has stated that he and Diego Costa have settled, after their public bust-up at Maccabi Tel-Aviv.
Mourinho expressed disappointment that he wanted the player to make some certain moves.
“I wanted him to make a certain movement that he didn’t. I was disappointed that he didn’t and I reacted,” said the Special One.
Mourinho however revealed that the issue was later settled amicably in the dressing-room.
“He did too. At half-time in the dressing room, a few kisses and a few cuddles. No problem,” he assured.
John Terry who was stretchered-off in the game is now poised to miss Chelsea’s trip to the White Hart Lane after suffering an ankle injury.
Ramires also picked-up an injury in training, which Mourinho claimed Maccabi’s dodgy pitch was to blame.
The Blues boss said: “The pitch was really bad. For John to leave the pitch with the score at 1-0, I know already that he’s in trouble.
“My medical department is really good. John is a special guy with a special desire to recover.
“But to leave the pitch with the result 1-0, I don’t believe too much that he can play (against Spurs).” article_adwert]
